Quality Assurance/Inspection
- All inspections are recorded as a report in every stage and updated.
- After getting approvals the consignments are shipped.
- We have our own SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for quality control. This ensure all product that we ship to our clients standards.

After Sample Approval
Bulk fabric Inspection
(GSM, Color, Fastness, Shrinkage, Spirality, Hand Feeling)
Internal Size Set/Pilot run
(Measurement, Printing/embroidery/acc placements, product observation)
Inline Inspection
(Initially carried out during bulk production starts.)
Midline Inspection
(Presentation, Finishing & Packing method, Assortment, Barcodes are cross checked)
Endline Inspection
(Carried out 70% goods packed/prefinal)
Final Inspection
(100% goods packed, Checking packing list, AQL 2.5 to 4.0 as per client norms)


Testing
- In house testing facilities and third party reputed laboratories like AGS, SGS, AZO etc.
- We used to testing in fabric and garments stage like
- Color fastness test
- Fiber content and labelling instructions
- AZO free dye test
- Pulling and Rubbing test
- Spirality and shrinkage test
- Middle free test
Logistics and Shipment
- Once Product Passes quality department and get booking approval from buyer side.
- We follow clearing and forwarding agent for submitting necessary documents to shipping the goods.
- The logistics department makes sure that all the documents required for import are sent to the buyer in order to avoid delay in clearance of goods at destination.
- Finally sends a shipping advice with all relevant details of shipment.
