Internal Size Set/Pilot run

(Measurement, Printing/embroidery/acc placements, product observation)

Inline Inspection

(Initially carried out during bulk production starts.)

Midline Inspection

(Presentation, Finishing & Packing method, Assortment, Barcodes are cross checked)

Endline Inspection

(Carried out 70% goods packed/prefinal)

Final Inspection

(100% goods packed, Checking packing list, AQL 2.5 to 4.0 as per client norms)

Logistics and Shipment
  • Once Product Passes quality department and get booking approval from buyer side.
  • We follow clearing and forwarding agent for submitting necessary documents to shipping the goods.
  • The logistics department makes sure that all the documents required for import are sent to the buyer in order to avoid delay in clearance of goods at destination.
  • Finally sends a shipping advice with all relevant details of shipment.
